If you want to start owning your opponents in the coliseum, I suggest you learn all of the heroes special skills, basic attack ranges, Fury costs, and base attributes. Then you can start effectively theory crafting the best starting hero tactics, and make smart choices mid game. Make sure you are getting the most usage out of your skills vs their fury cost, along with positioning to mediate the most incoming damage.

Gun: The great thing about guns is that they hit all enemies in a column, sadly though for low damage.
Cannon: Cannons hit enemies in a cross. Wide range of damage scale,
Staff: Higher damage than tomes
Tome: low damage, mostly healers rock these.

Witch/ Nibro: if you want reliability. 100 fury
Furia: For a chance to shut down a chunk of enemy for a turn. A 3v3 chance to be exact.
Big Toa for damage .
Chance to silence out of 10 :
Fury Theft:
Srj Jr:: He has decent damage and tankiness. I use him just to block damage for my guys who I want to actually do damage.
Harold.: If you want the most fury back. Harold hitting a row of 3 will give you that. but only if they are in a full row. Better to go with solo target heroes
Charm:
Charm stops use of enemy skills and makes enemy auto attack.
Fersona
Stun:
Shyre : Pick the lane you want to shut down, chance to stun one of them.
Turk : If you want a shot to stun a few back liners, 3x3 that can be placed anywhere.
Morgan: if you want tackiness, since she has a stun chance with spider, and that’s a lot of extra HP, if you create situations where they need to hit the spider before they can hit you, aka countering front liners ect.
Heal Reduction:
Heal Reduction : Lowers how much the enemy can heal.
Pendragon Sentinal
Displacement :
Displacement : move the enemy player. Seems very situation skill.
Will: If you like this kind of set up moves. Use Will, then at least you get a stun too.
Dispel:
Dispel removes buffs on the enemy and your heroes.
Eluria: Hands down for more damage, skill is in a row, basic attack is a column.
Ione: For defense vs Arthurs and Sargtanas, single target DD, just take that DD away with her skill.
Delayed Damage:
My main man Arthur, I run around as him in game, and gave him level 70 damage items. So I love him in PvE, may have a soft spot for him. But I think hes TOP DD
Sargtanas only costs 100 fury to use his dot, also a strong choice
Karinna is another choice too. Her skill doesn't proc as much as I would like, but when it does hit for a few enemies, it can be a game changer.

dober +broken arrow looter ( 100 fury each, heavy damage low costs)
Pull hero cards that silence, stun or tank for your 2 damage dealers. More damage dealers works too if you are already ahead.
